Questions and answers
I simply refilled my ink tanks with the original Epson brand ink -I did not overfill the tanks. I closed the lids. I completed all of the printer nozzle steps, cleaning, etc. The printer is printing completely blank pages. It had a notice that said, a firmware update is required. I went to the Epson website, installed the software updater, etc. and that did not resolve the issue either. I no longer see the firm update required message but I can't get the pages to print anything, they are totally white pages. I need help.
