Starting / Stopping

This trimmer is equipped with a dual switch safety feature. The saw will not operate unless
both the front handle switch and the rear handle switch are engaged. NEVER attempt to interfere
with this safety feature by taping or clamping the switches.
Starting
1. Remove the blade cover.
2. Press and hold the rear safety button and squeeze the rear on/off switch, then squeeze the
front handle switch to start.
Stopping
1. Release the front handle or trigger switch on rear handle to stop the hedge trimmer.
2. Remove the battery pack from the hedge trimmer before transporting or storing the tool.
