The Product is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase shown on the sales receipt. During this period of time Coleman Powersports will, at its option, either repair, replace or refund the purchase amount of any original Coleman Powersports unit/part which is covered by this warranty and is proven to be defective in workmanship or material.
