I recently purchased a Asus HDMI mini pc from amazon, to use with a bluetooth mouse/keyboard and screen. When I have set the system up the PC switches on, but screen does not respond, I internet connection and screen worked perfectly with old PC. Your assistance would be appreciated, as Amazon do not offer aftersales service.

The Asus Mini PC PN62 may not display on the screen after setup due to the following reasons:

1. Incorrect Display Connection – Ensure the display is connected to the correct port (VGA, HDMI, DisplayPort, or Thunderbolt 3).
2. Loose Cable Connection – Check that the display cable is securely plugged into both the Mini PC and the monitor.
3. Monitor Input Source – Verify that the monitor is set to the correct input source.
4. Power Issues – Ensure the Mini PC and monitor are powered on.
5. Hardware Issues – Try using a different display cable or monitor to rule out hardware problems.

If the issue persists, entering the BIOS setup may help determine if the system is booting properly.

The Asus Mini PC PN62 supports up to one M.2 2280 PCIe/SATA SSD (128GB or 256GB NVMe) and one 2.5" SATA 6Gb/s HDD (up to 1TB, 7mm height). Therefore, the maximum SSD memory supported is 256GB via the M.2 slot.
