If your Fridababy Electric NoseFrida is not working even though it is fully charged and new, it may be due to a malfunction or a defective unit. The manual advises returning the device to Frida for servicing by a qualified repair person using identical replacement parts. Additionally, ensure that you are following all charging instructions and using the device within the specified temperature range to avoid battery issues. If the device is making a high-pitched noise but not suctioning, it could indicate an internal mechanical issue.

Hi! I love this product and I have been using it for a couple of months now. But I noticed the mucosa is going out of the snot container and into the battery. And than coming out of the smaller hole in the back? Which has a nasty smell. How can you clean this?

If mucus is getting into the battery compartment of the Electric NoseFrida by Fridababy, it indicates a malfunction or improper sealing. The manual states to ensure that no liquid enters the interior of the device. The handle should only be cleaned with a damp cloth. The device should never be immersed in water or other cleaning liquids. Therefore, if mucus has entered the battery area, the device may be damaged and should not be cleaned with water. It may require professional servicing or replacement.
