The clean water is just managing to flow out at the bottom. Cleaned Underneath and around the dirty water container. Insuring it was seated properly. Removed the clean water container, cleaned under that. I filled the opening that the clean water runs down and when it stopped draining away an filled up i squeezed the trigger and it slowly drained away. Liquid is partially coming out and its on deep clean hence the patchy floor.
