To retrieve music from the hard drive in a Holden Cruze JH Series II before selling the car, follow these steps:

1. Access the infotainment system and navigate to the HDD Menu.
2. Browse through the Artists, Albums, Playlists, or All Songs categories to locate your stored music.
3. Copy the music files to an external device, if the system allows exporting.
4. If direct export is not possible, play the songs and record them using an external device.

If needed, delete personal music files by selecting the Delete (DEL) option from the HDD menu and confirming the deletion.
