- Page 7 OPERATION Timer 1. Plug into power source, adjust power switch to “ON” (-) position. The sand filter will begin working immediately. 2. Adjust power switch to “OFF” (0) position. The sand filter will stop working immediately. 3. After turning on, you can adjust work time, rest time and cycle time by turning the knob to desired position.

Take out the Strainer, remove any debris. 5. Put the Strainer back into position. Ensure the hole in the strainer is aligned. 6.
