- Page 4 Insert Allen-head bolt through the holes on the cot inside sides and screw them in headboards mounting holes. Tighten loosely. Tighten securely only after you have completed the procedure shown on diagram 3. Securely tighten all Allen-head bolts after mattress base is placed into required position.
