Troubleshooting
Code 5641: "light source - light is on, but SMPS is off" (Error)
Situation
This error alone, or with other
SMPS errors: Malfunction

This error alone: Defect Signal
Backplane

Code 5646: "light source - Switching on the light source failed" (Error)
Situation
The light source goes out
immediately after powering it,
or does not go on at all.
Code 5647: "light source - The light source was switched off due to an error" (Error)
Situation
The light source was triggered
to switch off the lasers due to
an error.
Code 5800: "TI-boards - system status = fail"
This is a generic TI error. Use the Communicator to make a detailed analysis. Go to Diagnostics > Actual >
Cinema Front End Status > Detailed status > Error Messages. Possible error messages are:
