MAINTENANCE PROCEDURE

Remove undercover (9) and blow out the mud, dirt, and
leaves to the outside.
7.
Push in cleaned net (3) back to the original place and in-
stall it with screw (2).
8.
Install bracket (5) with bolt (4).
9.
Install cover (1) and undercover (9).

10. Open the rear door on the left side of the machine and remove bolts (A) (at 2 places) on the right end of the
condenser.
11. Pull the condenser forward to open it.
12. After cleaning the condenser, close and install it with bolts
(A) (at 2 places).
Tightening torque: 59 to 74 Nm {6.0 to 7.5 kgm}

METHOD FOR CLEANING AIR CONDITIONER FRESH/RECIRC FILTERS

When using compressed air, there is a danger that dirt may scatter and cause personal injury. Always
wear protective equipment such as protective eyeglasses and dust mask.
NOTICE
The cleaning interval of 500 hours is a rough standard. Clean at shorter intervals in dusty jobsites.
REMARK
If the element becomes clogged, the air flow will be reduced, and there will be a rumbling sound from the air
conditioner unit.
METHOD FOR CLEANING RECIRCULATION AIR FILTER
1.
Remove wing bolts (1) from the inspection window at the
bottom rear left inside the operator's cab.
2.
Take out the recirculation air filter.
3.
Clean the filter with compressed air.
If there is oil on the filter, or if the filter is extremely dirty,
wash it in a neutral detergent. After rinsing it in water, dry it
thoroughly before using it again.
Replace the filter with a new one every year. If the clog-
ging of the filter cannot be removed by blowing with air or
washing in water, replace the filter immediately.
