Questions and answers
Lid is closed it keeps saying close lid. When I switch it on it says ' slide"...and the pressure ciok and other two functiin menu comes up.. I slide then slidee bck to get my airfry menu etc....then I put on desired time and push start....the..Close lid appears. ??? What cld be the issue?
If the Ninja Foodi OL701 Series displays "close lid" even when the lid is closed, possible issues include:
- The silicone ring is not fully seated or flush against the lid. Check if it is installed correctly by gently tugging to rotate it.
- The lid is not fully locked.
- The pressure release valve is not in the SEAL position when pressure cooking.
Ensure all these components are correctly positioned and secured.
