Questions and answers
Sloan EFP39A , faucet not working , the hard wired plug is ok I switched plug from different electrical sockets , Replaced the 4 AA batteries . Now the red light is permanently on at the faucet . What else can I do ? Just as I was taking a photo the red light on faucet went out .
If the Sloan EFP-39-A faucet is not working and the red light in the infrared (IR) sensor is permanently on, the battery power is low. Install four (4) new AA-sized alkaline batteries, ensuring the correct orientation. After replacing the batteries, reattach the battery compartment to the control module. If the green LED does not illuminate, remove the battery compartment for 10 seconds and then reinstall it.

Can I adjust how long the water stays on
The Sloan EFP-39-A Control Module regulates the water flow duration after activation. To adjust the water duration, you need to configure the control module settings. Since this model is compatible with Sloan Optima electronic faucets that use Bluetooth technology, you may need to use the corresponding Bluetooth interface or app to modify the settings. Ensure compatibility before making adjustments.
