Product Description
Organization
This document is organized as follows.
1 Features
The ODU is an outdoor unit of the digital microwave transmission system. It is used together
with the indoor unit (IDU) to provide multiple types of service interfaces. The ODU features
easy installation and easy maintenance.
2 Functions
The ODU, a microwave RF unit, has the function of frequency conversion and power
amplification. The ODU determines microwave frequencies of the transmitted and received
signals and is not affected by transmission service types such as the TDM Serivce and Ethernet
service.
3 Product Structure
This describes physical structure and logical structure of the ODU.
4 Installation Mode
The ODU can be installed on the antenna in two modes: direct mounting mode and separate
mounting mode.
5 Technical Specifications
This describes the technical specifications of the ODU. The technical specifications of the ODU
consist of performance, integrated system, reliability, surge protection, security, EMC and
protection grounding, and environmental specifications.
6 Frequency Information
This describes the detailed frequency information of the ODU.
