If you see the error message "There was a problem adding funds. There’s a good chance it’s a problem on our end. Wait a moment and try again." when adding postage on the SendPro Mailstation, follow these steps to resolve it:

1. Check the Payment Method – If the postage balance is funded by a credit card, there may be an issue with the card. Try updating the card in PitneyShip.
2. Try Again – Wait a moment and attempt to add postage again.
3. Use Another Funding Method – If you are using Purchase Power or a Reserve Account instead of a credit card, and the issue persists, further assistance may be needed.
4. Chat for Support – If updating the payment method does not resolve the issue, contact Pitney Bowes support for further help.
