1. Remove the Reel Table Assembly

2. Install the Reel Table Assembly

Adjustment after Replacement

4. Confirm the Reel Brake Clearance (Refer to Section 4-5.)

5. Confirm the Reel Brake Release Amount (Refer to Section 4-6.)

6. Confirm the Reel Table Rotation Sensor Position (Refer to Section 4-7.)

7. Perform the Reel FG Duty Automatic Adjustment

(SV02: S-Reel FG Duty Adjust/SV03: T-Reel FG Duty Adjust)

(Refer to Section 6-5-2/Section 6-5-3.)

How to replace the reel table assembly is the same on the supply and take-up sides.

. L-shaped wrench (1.5 mm): 7-700-736-05

. Cleaning cloth:

. Cleaning fluid:

1. Turn the power off.

2. Remove the upper lid. (Refer to Section 1-1-1.)

3. Remove the plate MD. (Refer to Section 1-1-1.)

4. Remove the cassette compartment. (Refer to Section 1-1-2.)
