5-1. Items to be checked first

Problem
Power failure?
Is there communication problem between
DMS2.5 does not work
DMS2.5 and other control units?
Is the connection between adapter and
power cable correct?
Is the Silverlight 2.5 version installed?
Is it installed Internet Explorer 11 or later?
Can't access Log-in page
Do you accessed to https?
Is the setting value for netwkor correct?
Can't access Log-in page
From external PC
Isn't firewall set in local computer?
Not monitoring centralized Are the communication cables of
contol unit DMS2.5(R1,R2) properly connected?
Peak power management Are there no problems on power line of DMS
is out of order 2.5?
At initial display, press [Menu] button and
Forget the IP address of
then "1. IP config" message will be displayed.

Under that condition press [Set] button.
Is Peak Power management or schedule
control running?
Indoor units are out of order
Is DMS 2.5 system time different from current
time?
Is the external circuit constituted?

Isn't there any indoor units?
Tracking Fail
Isn't there any indoor unit as "Tracking Fail" is
displayed?

After checking power line of each devices, try again.
After checking communication line of each devices, try gain.
After checking connection between adapter and power
cable, try again.
You can download Silverlight 2.0 version at
http://www.microsoft.com/silverlight/.
Silverlight runs normally in Internet Explorer 11 or later.
It may not be run normally in previous version of Internet
Explorer 11.
After change address on address bar of Internet Explorer,
connect on the internet.
ex) https://192.168.0.100
You should consult with network manager.
Connect DMS 2.5 communication cables (R1,R2) properly.
Be careful to deal with the RS485 communication cable
because it has polarity.
If there is problem on power line of DMS 2.5, Peak power
management function cannot operate properly.
The IP address of DMS 2.5 is initialized at 192.168.0.100 when
factory out.
According to schedule control and power management,
indoor units can be turned it on or off.
Set time of DMS 2.5, according to real time.
Check additional circuit for external input control function
of DMS 2.5.
Set the pattern which fits to the control pattern you want.
DMS 2.5 is unsuccessful in tracking. Try it again.
