Do you have a question about the HF3102A-UL and is the answer not in the manual?
Questions and answers
Why is there water coming out of the bottom of canister when plugged in and on
Water may be leaking from the bottom of the Easy@Home HF3102A-UL canister due to the following reasons:
1. Improper Assembly – The water tank may not be laying flush into the base, leaving a gap that allows water to leak.
2. Moving the Humidifier with Water – If the humidifier is moved while the water tank is on the base, water may leak into the base, causing a malfunction.
3. Overfilling the Water Tank – Overfilling can cause water to overflow and leak from the bottom.
4. Damaged or Misaligned Gasket – If the water tank cap gasket is sticking or damaged, it may not seal properly, leading to leaks.
5. Pouring Water into Incorrect Openings – Water should only be added to the water tank and not into other openings, which could cause leakage.
Checking and correcting these issues should help prevent further leakage.
