    Open Creative Suite 4 Deployment Toolkit. By default, it is installed at [System Drive]:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe CS4 Deployment Toolkit in Windows®. In Mac®, it is installed at /Applications/Adobe CS4 Deployment Toolkit. If you installed it at a different location, open it from that location.
