REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS

Dismantle the
Inverter Board
See first:
Opening the PP 490
(p. 124), Replacing the Main
Contactor (p. 134), Replacing
the Transformer (p. 135),
Remove the WS contactor (p.
136), Remove 15A fuse boxes
(p. 137), Remove the Prime
Contactor (p. 138), Remove
DIN-rail bracket (p. 138),
Replacing the Main Board (p.
139), Replacing Controller
Board (p. 141)
and see remove
solenoid on
Water Valve (p.
1� Unscrew the 3 wire connections to
the blade motor�
2� Unscrew the 4 screws on the
bottom of the Power Pack�
3� Drill a 5 mm hole in the chassis
end, underneath the water
coupling outlet� Right in front of
the lower bolt that holds the water
valve to the radiator, to be able to
remove the screw�
Note! Plug the hole when the new
inverter board is mounted with a
M6 bolt� Use silicone on the tread
to be sure it is waterproof�
4� Unscrew the water valve bolts� Use
a long 4mm hex key through the
drilled hole to remove the lower
bolt� Unscrew the ground cable�
