Hi, my JVC LT-32C600 smart tv has stopped responding to the remote when I try to change the volume. It’s OK for switching on and off, and changing channel. I bought a new remote but the problems persists. Thanks

The volume control on the JVC LT-32C600 smart TV remote may not be working due to the following reasons:
1. Obstruction – Ensure there are no objects blocking the signal between the remote and the TV. 2. Battery Issues – Check if the batteries are installed correctly (+ to +, - to -) and replace them if necessary. 3. Power Supply – Make sure the TV is connected to the mains supply and switched on. 4. External Speaker Control – If using an external speaker, volume control might be managed by the speaker instead. Ensure the TV remote is set to control the external speaker properly. 5. Remote Malfunction – If other buttons on the remote work, the volume buttons may be faulty.
