The "AMP Error" message on a Pioneer AVH-2550NEX unit indicates that the product is failing to operate or there is an incorrect speaker connection, causing the protective circuit to activate. The recommended action is to check the speaker connections. If the message persists even after turning the engine off and on, it is advised to contact your dealer or an authorized Pioneer Service Station for assistance.
