8.3 Wheels & tyres maintenance
To ensure that your wheelchair functions properly, it is essential that the tires are kept at the correct pressure. The correct tyre
pressure is indicated on the side of the tyre.
Tyres that are too soft will have a negative effect on the wheelchair's performance. Moving the wheelchair will require more energy,
making more demands on the batteries. Furthermore, wear on under inflated tyres is increased
When inspecting the tyres for signs of wear, look for significant scuff marks, cuts and a diminished tyre tread. Tyres will need to be
changed when the tread cannot be seen over the complete surface of the tyre.

If the Sunrise Medical Quickie Q300 M Mini has fully charged batteries but shows no power to the control, possible issues could include:

1. The main switch or mains plug is not turned on.
2. The battery connectors are not properly connected (check RED, BLACK, and YELLOW connectors).
3. The charger or charging cord is damaged or under stress.
4. The control system is switched off or malfunctioning.
5. There may be a fuse issue (e.g., 15A fuse not functioning).

Check all connections, switches, and fuses to ensure proper power flow.
