Why is my coolman displaying 30 degrees C when it has been set to 2? I can hear the compressor working continuously when plugged into 24v wall point

The myCOOLMAN CEP 47 may be displaying 30°C instead of 2°C and running the compressor continuously due to several possible reasons:

1. Poor Ventilation – Ensure there is at least 100 mm of space around all vents for proper airflow.
2. Too Much Warm Product – If too many warm items are placed inside, it can take longer to cool.
3. Lid Issues – Check if the lid is properly latched and the seal is intact.
4. High Ambient Temperature – If the surrounding temperature is too high, cooling efficiency may decrease.
5. Temperature Setting – Verify that the temperature is correctly set and hasn't been accidentally increased.
6. Power Supply Issues – Try a different power source to rule out voltage irregularities.
7. Fan or Compressor Fault – Continuous compressor operation may indicate a fan failure or over-temperature condition.

If none of these resolve the issue, further troubleshooting or servicing may be required.

Your LEISURE-TEC myCOOLMAN CEP 47 may be running but not cooling due to the following reasons:

- Too much product inside the unit.
- Lack of air circulation between items in the fridge/freezer.
- Too much warm product inside the unit.
- The lid is unlatched or open.
- The lid seal is broken.
- Poor ventilation (ensure at least 100 mm of space around all vents).
- Ambient temperature is too high.
- Temperature setting is too high.

Check these factors and make necessary adjustments. If the issue persists, refer to the manual or contact Leisure-Tec for further assistance.
