Possible cause
Bluetooth is off on your
phone or health watch.
Devices are not within
range.
Solution
2. In the Philips HealthSuite health
app, go to Health Watch in
the Settings menu and choose
'Remove device'.
3. Try to pair again.
Activate Bluetooth on your
smartphone and make sure flight
mode is not activated on the health
watch.
Hold device close to mobile phone
and try again.
