A fuel cock is located on each side of the fuel tank.

The fuel cocks are located behind the fuel tank covers.
The fuel cocks must always be open during operation.
The fuel cocks are only closed to remove the fuel tank.
Possible states
Fuel cocks are closed – Level equalization cannot take place

and the fuel supply to the throttle valve body is shut off.
Fuel cocks are open – Level equalization can take place and
•
the fuel supply to the throttle valve body is open.
Preparatory work
