Always ensure that the unit is firmly fixed to avoid vibration and slipping while operating. Always ensure that the structure to which you are attaching the unit is secure and is able to support a weight of 10 times of the unit’s weight.

    CANTATA LED FRESNEL TUNABLE WARM WHITE USER MANUAL ADDRESS MENU Address — DMX address setting. To select DMX Address, press the ENTER button to confirm. Use the UP/DOWN button to adjust the address from 001 to 512, press the ENTER button to store. Press the MENU button back to the last menu or let the unit idle one minute to exit menu mode.

    CANTATA LED FRESNEL TUNABLE WARM WHITE USER MANUAL DMX512 CONNECTION • At last unit, the DMX cable has to be terminated with a terminator. Solder a 120Ω 1/4W resistor between pin 2(DMX-) and pin 3(DMX+) into a 5-pin XLR-plug and plug it in the DMX-output of the last unit.

When returning products to Strand for repairs (warranty or out-of--warranty) from a country other than the USA, “Strand Lighting LLC”, must appear in the address block as the Importer of Record (IOR) on all shipping documentation, Commercial Invoices, etc. This must be done in order to clear customs in a timely manner and prevent returns.
