This product is HEAVY. It should be assembled as near as possible to the point of use. TAKE CARE WHEN
LIFTING to avoid personal injury and (or) damage to the product.
This product takes approximately 40 MINUTES to assemble with 2 PEOPLE.
Do not use power tools to assemble.
The fittings pack contains SMALL ITEMS which should be KEPT AWAY FROM YOUNG CHILDREN.

  • Page 3 Step by step assembly instructions Step One Place Wooden Legs (7) into the holes in the underside of the Headboard (1) and Footboard (2) as per diagram below and twist into place so they are fully secured. Wooden Leg Preinserted Nut Head/Foot Board (7) x 4...
  • Page 4 Step Three Insert Centre Rail (6) into the brackets in the centre of the Headboard (1) and Footboard (2). Push down fully and secure in place using M6 x 25mm bolt (E). Tighten bolt with Allen Key M4 (A). You can now tighten the bolts at the Side Rails from previous step (Step Two) so all fastenings are now tightened.
  • Page 5 Step Four With the curved side facing upwards, insert 2 slats into a centre cap then into 2 side caps on either end(x16). (Please note the Wide Slats must be inserted with the Wide Centre Caps (F) and Wide Side Caps (G)). Repeat this process for all slats. Note: Please see the Diagram 1 below to arrange the slat with the correct system).

    Care and Maintenance This bed should be cleaned using a soft, damp cloth and dried immediately. Do not use a very wet cloth or allow any liquid contact for a long period of time as this can permanently damage the surface. Do not use detergents and do not rub as this can cause permanent damage.
