  • Page 5 IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS (CONTINUED) OUTDOOR ANTENNA GROUNDING If an outside antenna or cable system is connected to the unit, be sure the antenna or cable system is grounded so as to provide some protection against voltage surges and built-up static charges. Section 810 of the National Electrical Code, ANSI/NFPA 70, provides information with respect to proper grounding of the mast and support- ing structure, grounding of the lead-in wire to an antenna discharge unit, size of grounding conductors, location of antenna discharge unit, connection to grounding electrodes, and requirements for the grounding electrode.

  • Page 7 TAPE REMOVAL METHOD AT NO POWER SUPPLY Remove the TV/DVD/VCR block from the main unit and the Fig. 1 below can be seen. (Refer to item 1 of the DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.) Remove the screw 1 of the Deck Chassis and remove the Loading Motor. Rotate the Pinch Roller Cam in the direction of the arrow by hand to slacken the Video Tape.
