Questions and answers
Upper part of dual -zone(12 bottle) not cooling
The upper part of the Koolatron WC12-35D wine cooler may not be cooling due to several reasons:
1. Interior Light Influence – If the interior light is ON, it may affect the temperature.
2. Bottle Placement – The location of bottles (upper, middle, or lower section) can impact cooling performance.
3. Ventilation Issues – Ensure there is at least 127 mm (5 inches) of clearance around the unit for proper airflow.
4. Power or Component Issues – If the power cord is damaged or malfunctioning, contact the manufacturer.
5. External Heat Sources – The unit should be placed on a flat surface away from heat sources to function correctly.
If the issue persists, warranty service may be required.
