MAXIMIZE THE LIFE
OF YOUR NITROGEN
GENERATION SYSTEM...!
South-Tek developed the Patented
BlastOff
- Leak Detection System to
proactively ensure the longevity of not only
the draft beer system, but also the Nitrogen
Generation System itself. The BlastOff
Leak Detection System acts as an onboard
diagnostic to maximize the life of the system.
If there is a significant leak downstream or an
equipment malfunction, the Leak Detection
System will alarm so that the problem can
be diagnosed before the Nitrogen generator
burns out, the bulk CO2 tank freezes, or there
becomes a safety hazard in the keg coooler.

Keg couplers and regulators within the
keg cooler oftentimes create leaks that go
unnoticed for a period of time. These leaks
can become a safety hazard but also cause
the BeerBlast
to run excessively in order
®
to maintain keg pressure. The unnecessary
additional run-time decreases the lifespan of
the equipment. The Patented BlastOff™ -
Leak Detection System is designed to detect
significant leaks before they compromise the
draft deer system and the Nitrogen Generator.
It has an internal auto shutoff and will also
alarm to protect the equipment, as well as the
safety of restaurant employees.
