WARNING:
PROBLEM
The air mover will not
operate.
The air mover runs but
makes loud scraping
noise.
The air mover runs but
centrifugal fan does not
rotate.
The air mover runs briefly
then shuts off due to
overload protection.

The remote control will not
operate.
The status light on the
remote control no longer

TROUBLESHOOTING

To reduce the risk of electric shock, unplug before troubleshooting.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
No power supply.
Faulty power cord.
On/off switch in the wrong
position.
The on/off switch is faulty.
Damage to the unit has
caused deformed housing or
misaligned centrifugal fan.
The centrifugal fan and
housing are jammed.
There is a problem with the
switch or capacitor.
The intake grill or air
discharge grill is obstructed.
The motor is damaged.
The centrifugal fan has dirt
build up.
The centrifugal fan is
damaged or the motor is bent.
The remote control is not
paired with the air mover.
The battery is dead.
The remote control is
damaged.

Check the power supply, cord,
