Fan Information Tag - 4Front Engineered Solutions HVLS User Manual

Fan inForMation tag

To aid in troubleshooting, an information tag is included with
the fan. This tag contains voltage, horsepower and serial
number information specific to the individual fan. The tag will
be attached to the VFD control box during shipping.
1. Verify the information on the tag matches the information
located on the inside door of the VFD control panel.
2. Affix the information tag to the bottom of the remote panel.
See Fig. 1.
note:
Once the information tag is in place, the remote is now linked
to this specific fan. Do not use with another fan.
