The Klarstein Klimamobil may show a red LED when turned on for heating but not heat up due to one of the following reasons:
1. Incorrect Mode Selection – Ensure the unit is set to the HEAT mode, as some models may not support heating. 2. Filter Check Indicator – If the unit has been running for more than 250 hours, the filter check light may turn on, requiring the air filter to be cleaned before proper operation. 3. Installation Issues – Verify that the appliance is correctly installed with all required components, including the three rubber pads and the square seal. 4. Power or Function Test – Before installation, the manual recommends testing the modes and functions. If heating does not work, a malfunction may be present.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, further troubleshooting or professional inspection may be needed.
