The heating chamber on the LAVAZZA Espresso Point Matinee 120V may be cold due to a faulty electronic card or a damaged thermostat. If the feed pilot light blinks, one or both thermostats may be damaged and need replacement. If all six indicators remain off after the heating period, the electronic card may be defective and should be replaced.
