Removing the Cutting Unit
FR 13, FR 2111, FR 2113 A

• Place the machine on a flat surface.
• Lock the brakes by pressing down the pedal and
locking with the push-button.
WARNING!
Wear protective eyewear and
gloves when working on the
cutting unit.

Remove the front cover.
Remove the right and left wing covers.

Raise the cutting unit to the transport position by
pulling the lifting lever.
Wiggle the belt off from the cutting unit's rear pulley.

Lower the cutting unit to the cutting position by
using the lifting lever.
Set the lowest cutting height with the cutting height
lever.

Remove the hairpin spring that holds the lifting
chain in the cutting unit.
WARNING!
The cutting unit will fall to the
ground when the locking pins are
removed.
Risk of crush injuries.

Remove the locking pins (of safety pin type) on
both sides of the rear of the cutting unit.
To mount the cutting unit, follow the instructions in
the reverse order.
