DESCRIPTION
POSSIBLE ACTIONS (please follow the order of checks)
Try reversing the plug
Check continuity of fan motors
Check electrical connections of all loads (fans, lamps, motors, heating elements, ...)
Check the mass elements of the heating elements (put a tester between earth and the heating
element with the oven OFF; if the value is of the order of MOhm it is ok, if you find some Ohm or
hundreds of Ohm it is not OK)
Set correct AM&UI configuration ID in accordance with 12NC
Change AM Control Board
Actually the F1E1 is an error for BIO; if showing on BIMW means that the BIMW was programmed as a
BIO, so it must be re-programmed

Change AM control board (ACU)
Actually the F1E3 is an error for BIMW; if showing on BIO means that the BIO was programmed as a
BIMW, so it must be re-programmed
Check electrical connections of the touch board or of the knobs
Replace the HMI
Put the connection in proper way and close complete appliance
Connect new sensor and check if the appliance works properly
Reinstall original sensor and change AM control board
If none of the previous operations solved the problem, exchange board and sensor
Put the connection in proper way and close complete appliance
Change AM control board
Refit connector on ADA and perform wiring verification
Use new humidity sensor and check if the appliance works properly starting a 6th Sense function with
Steam
Reinstall original sensor and change ADA expansion board
If none of the previous operations solved the problem, exchange ADA board and sensor
Check if the wiring connection to door motor/ fastons are mounted in the proper way or replace if
damaged
Check micro switch (door switch open if the door is open and latch switch open if the door is
unlocked) and latch functionality
Change door switch/latch.
Plug in appliance to check switch functionality
Change AM control board control
Check if the wiring connection to door motor/ fastons are mounted in the proper way or replace if
damaged
Change door lock component
Change AM control board
Fit cabling and connector AM -- HMI in the correct way
Replace one or more boards (AM, HMI, ADA)
Check temperature probe connection and board
harness connections; if necessary, put the
connection in proper way.
For example, a bad connection could be caused
by the faston not fully inserted into the
connector (please see picture)
Change AM control board
Problem solved with OTA3 (= remote update for connected products). If an already programmed card
is to be ordered, it must have INDIGO sw version 13 or higher
Problem solved with OTA3 (= remote update for connected products). If an already programmed card
is to be ordered, it must have TOURMALINE sw version 35 or higher
Fit or change cabling and connector in correct way (if only one between power cable and signal cable
is not connected, the error will show)
Replace ACU with a new one with latest sw release AND replace expansion board ADA
