SPECIFICATIONS
CAUTION THIS INFLATOR OPERATES ONLY ON DC 12 VOLT. DO NOT ATTEMPT
TO OPERATE THIS INFLATOR WITH ANY OTHER SOURCE OR VOLTAGE. DO
NOT REWIRE OR RECONFIGURE INFLATOR FROM ITS ORIGINAL DESIGN OR
PERSONAL INJURY OR BODILY HARM MAY OCCUR.

PROBLEM
Unit will not start.
Note: This unit is equipped with fuse protection. If at some point your inflator fails to
operate, check the spade fuse built in to the 12 Volt DC power cord, (Image #1).
Remove fuse housing cover to expose the fuse, (Image #2). Remove fuse from the
housing, (Image #3). Examine the fuse, if the metal link inside the fuse is separated
(or broken) the fuse needs to be replaced, (Image #4).

To replace, use only a Standard Size Automotive – ATO 15 Amp Spade Fuse,
press it firmly in place into the fuse housing. Put the housing cover back over the
fuse to protect it.

POSSIBLE CAUSE
1. Inflator power cord is not
plugged in.
2. Vehicle engine is not
running.
3. Built in 15 amp fuse is
blown.

CORRECTIVE ACTION
1. Firmly insert the power
cord's plug into a working,
12 Volt DC Power Outlet.
2. In a well ventilated area,
start vehicle engine so
that it is safely running in a
"parked" gear.
3. Replace 15 amp fuse
(please see Images 1-4 below).
