To unpair your Samsung Galaxy Watch4 from another device and prepare it for pairing with your Samsung A35:

1. Using the Watch:
- Open the *Settings* menu on your Galaxy Watch4.
- Scroll to the *General* submenu and open it.
- Select *Connect to new phone*.
- On the next screen, you can choose to back up your data by selecting *Backup data*. If your data is already backed up, scroll and tap *Continue*.
- This will reset your watch to factory settings and unpair it from the current device.

2. Using the Galaxy Wearable App (if accessible):
- Open the Galaxy Wearable app on the currently paired device.
- Swipe from the left side of the screen and tap *Manage devices*.
- Select the Galaxy Watch4 and remove it from the app. (Note: This will not reset the watch; you’ll need to reset it manually using the steps above.)

After unpairing and resetting the watch, you can pair it with your Samsung A35 using the Galaxy Wearable app.

Why doesn't my watch turn on after been charging?

Your Samsung Galaxy Watch4 may not turn on after charging due to several reasons:

1. Faulty Charging Cable or Adapter – The charging cable or adapter might be damaged. Check if they are working properly.
2. Extremely Low Battery – If the battery is completely drained, the watch may take time to show any signs of charging. Leave it connected for at least 30 minutes.
3. Need for a Force Restart – Try holding both buttons until the Samsung logo and the "rebooting" message appear on the screen.

If these steps do not work, there may be a hardware issue with the watch or charger.
