Solution
Check if the mains plug is
inserted properly and its wall
socket is working.

Let the appliance heat up ≈30
seconds ('steam-ready" light
will be on). When the
appliance is ready for use, the
light turns off.
Press the steam trigger fully
for a few seconds.
Unplug the appliance and
refill the water tank.
Use the appliance vertically,
wait for a few seconds for the
steam to be released.
