For figure E1:
In this assembly step, the saw stand (2) is screwed to the
support frame (18) and the support for the upper
frame (13).
– Turn both supports so that the holes in the sides of the
supports point towards the handle.
– While screwing the saw stand together, ensure that the
support (8) is always in the holder on the lower
frame (17).
Note: Only tighten the nuts slightly at first. Once all eight
screws are positioned correctly, fully tighten all the nuts.
For figure E2:
Note: Do not over-tighten the nuts. The screwed-together
parts must be able to move freely.
Preparing the Saw Stand
Setting up the saw stand (see figure F)
Before securing the holder set and the power tool, you must
pull the base unit apart.
– To release the lock bolts (20), gently pull the saw stand
upwards by the handle (6).
– Open the locking mechanism .
This retracts the lock bolts which lock the wheels.
– Place one foot on the foot support (14) and push the
handle (6) downwards with both hands until the lock
bolts can engage again on the other side of the stop
plates (21).
– Close both the locking mechanism (3) and the locking
mechanism (9).
The height-adjustable feet (7) will help you to straighten the
saw stand.
– Undo the hex nuts (22) and screw in/out the feet until the
saw stand is level.
Preparing holder sets (see figures G1–G4)
– To unlock the holder set (1), press the button (23) and
open the lever (24).
– Place the holder set on the saw stand (2) and push it up
to the red stop (25).
– Lock the lever (24) again. This ensures that the holder set
is firmly positioned on the saw stand.
– Measure the distance x between the assembly holes on
your power tool.
– Unlock the second holder set and position it at a suitable
distance x from the holder set that has already been posi-
tioned.
– Lock the lever (24) again.
Fastening the Power Tool on the Holder Sets (see
figure H)
– Bring the power tool into the transport position. Informa-
tion about the transport position can be found in the op-

Operation
Working Advice
Before commencing work, ensure that both locking
mechanisms (9) and (3) are always closed.
Always hold the workpiece firmly in place, especially long,
heavy pieces. Once the workpiece has been cut, the centre
of gravity may be displaced, causing the saw stand to tip
over.
Do not overload the saw stand. Always observe the max-
imum load bearing capacity of the saw stand.
Preparing the workpiece support
The free end of long workpieces must have something
placed underneath it or be supported.
Adjusting the height of the workpiece support
(see figure I)
– Place your workpiece on the saw table for the power tool.
– Loosen the locking knob (10) and adjust the height of the
workpiece support (12)so that your workpiece lies flat.
– Re-tighten this locking knob.
Extending the saw stand (see figure J)
The saw stand can be extended on both sides.
– Place your long workpiece on the saw table for the power
tool.
– If necessary, loosen the corresponding locking knob (4)
and pull the table extension (5) outwards until it reaches
the required length.
– Re-tighten this locking knob.
Sawing workpieces of the same length (see figure K)
The length stop (11) can be used for easily sawing work-
pieces of the same length.
– Pull the length stop all the way upwards and position the
workpiece support at the required distance from the
power tool saw blade.
Checking and adjusting the basic settings
To ensure safe use, the basic settings of the saw stand must
be checked and adjusted as necessary after intensive use.
Experience and suitable special tools are required for this.
– To do so, remove the power tool with the holder sets.
Adjusting the support locking mechanism (see figure L)
The locking mechanism (9) for the support (8) can loosen
over time.
– Close the locking mechanism (9).
– Push a slotted screwdriver between the saw stand and
nut (27).
– Turn the locking mechanism clockwise until the lever for
the locking mechanism can be firmly closed again.
