1. Safety
Warning! Ensure Health and Safety, local authority and general workshop practice regulations are adhered to when using these tools.

Maintain tools in good and clean condition for best and safest performance. File or linish flush any burrs or "mushrooming" on the tools.

ensure that a vehicle which has been jacked up is adequately supported with axle stands.

Wear approved eye and ear protection. A full range of personal safety equipment is available from your Sealey stockist.

Wear suitable clothing to avoid snagging. do not wear jewellery and tie back long hair.

Account for all tools by replacing them in the carry case.

4. operation
4.1.
To avoid "mushrooming", use a copper or a hard rubber mallet to drive the panel separators, items 8 through 13.
4.2.
Items 8 through 13 generally used for separating sheet metal laminates, bonded or spot welded together. Use the prise bar end of
items 5 through 8 to start the separation if required.
note! It is the action of the drift angle, or wedge, which separates the laminates, not the leading straight or curved edge. These
tools are not chisels.
4.3.
Use the panel slapper tools, items 3 through 7 in conjunction with an appropriate dolly (not supplied in this kit). Use to form or
remove 3 dimensional shapes in bodywork and sheet metal products.
5. Maintenance
5.1.
Keep the tool working surfaces smooth with a linishing cloth or draw file.
5.2.
Clean the tools with a lightly oiled cloth and return to the carry case. Store indoors, away from children.
