The TaoTronics TT-BA09 Pro may not turn off with a long press if it is charging. When the device is charging, the blue LED remains lit, indicating that the pairing process is complete or that the device is in active mode. To turn it off, ensure that it is not connected to a power source. If the issue persists, try resetting the device by switching modes or clearing the pairing history.
