Installed Paulina unit correctly less than 30 days ago. Unit works perfectly, but over the last week, the faucet has become extremely loose with no apparent way to tighten it. Quick assembly under sink is tight, but hook neck is very loose. I find no visa Lee way to tighten the neck. Please advise.
