Volume control: Your hearing aids have been set up with either a manual volume control or as fully automatic whereby the aid automatically adjusts in response to the environment If your hearing aid(s) have been set up with a manual control YES/NO Use the rocker switch to adjust the volume.

Changing the battery: These come in packs of six and are taken out from a flap found at the back of the packet. They last about a week to ten days on average. When the aid starts to beep without prompting, the battery is reaching the end of its usefulness and will cease to function soon after.

Hearing Aid Programs: Your hearing aid(s) has been set up with different programs: YES / NO Scroll through the programmes with a single push of the topmost button on the aid. Each push changes the programme one step at a time. When you reach the final programme, the next push will restore the aid back to the first.

Cleaning your aid and the tube fitting: When removing your aid at the end of the day, wipe the dome carefully with a damp cloth or a non-fragranced facial wipe or baby wipe. These are also useful if the aid itself has become grubby but do ensure to not get it properly wet.
