Where is the fresh air intake and is there a part # with fan included

The Ashley AW2520E-P wood stove does not come with a fan (blower) or an outside air kit included. The fresh air intake location is not specified, but installation instructions for the air intake kit are supplied separately, and the part number must be specified when ordering through a heater dealer.
