Mode
(measurement points, subject, other)
(1) Observe the camera.
(1) Lens mount cover is removed.
(2) 35mm Lens is attached.
P mode
(1) Set the power supply voltage.
(2) Connect the power supply jig to the
battery terminal.
(3) Insert a card.
(4) Select the mode dial setting.
(5) Turn the camera on.
(6) If a message appears asking for the
language and date to be set, press
the specification button on the right.
(7) Check the LCD screen display
status.
(8) Check for blemishes in the CMOS
live
image.
P mode
(1) Apply a shock to the camera using
the shock jig.
P mode
(1) Turn on level indication.
(2) The camera is rotated by 90
degrees.
(3) Turn off level indication.
P mode
(1) The camera is rotated by 90
degrees.
(2) Press the shutter button to take a
picture.
P mode
(1) Use a macro resolution chart as the
subject.
(2) Set the camera to Macro mode.
(3) Set the camera up so that the chart
fills the screen from corner to corner.
(4) Press the shutter button to take a
picture.

Method of adjustment
(VRs, waveforms, required values)
(1) Check for damage to the outer
casing (Inventory repairs only).
Check for problems with the clicking
or sliding movement of switches.
Check for dust or fogging in the
LCD.
(2) Garbage dose not enter to the inside
of
a lens mount.
(1) 7.80V±0.10V
(3) SD card for recording checking.
(4) Mode: IRIS AUTO/SS AUTO.
(6) <DISP/BACK>
(7) Check that the live image and text is
displayed.
(8) Monitor a very bright subject and
check that the live image does not
dim or darken.
(1) Check for problems on the LCD
monitor.
Check that the camera recovers
from synchronicity disruption.
(Note) Do not apply shocks directly
to the lens or card cover.
(1) Push the <DISP/BACK> button and
choose CUSTOM(C) setting.
(2) The indication of the level follow it.
(3) Push the <DISP/BACK> button and
choose STANDERD setting.
