RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE
HYDRAULIC INSTALLATION
• Thoroughly rinse the system before
connecting the boiler
• Water treatment is recommended to
prevent corrosion and the formation of
scale in the boiler and piping.
• If the boiler is to be installed in an
existing system, ACV recommends using
a cleaning agent in the systems.
• After connecting the hydraulic circuit,
check the absence of leaks.
• The boiler is designed to operate on a
sealed system (ie. no open vent or feed
and expansion tank).
• An adequate expansion vessel, sized
accordingly must be installed in the
system

Essential recommendation for the correct operation of the system
• The drain valve (7) and safety valve (5) must be connected to the sewage system.
• The boiler is equipped with a safety valve set at 4 bar.

Installation

HEATING CONNECTION

Make sure to install isolating valves on the
system heating circuit, so as to be able to
drain the boiler, without draining the whole
system.
