Operating Instructions for the Palltronic AquaWIT IV test system
1. Once this cleaning has been completed twice on an external vent valve, discard the valve and re-
order a complete valve assembly using Pall part number S26.5.12.

Cleaning the Instrument

The touch screen should be cleaned using a soft cloth. A neutral detergent or alcohol may be used if
necessary. The Touch Screen Protector that is included with the instrument is intended to prevent heavy
objects from damaging the screen when not in use.
The instrument enclosure can also be cleaned using a soft cloth and a neutral detergent or diluted alcohol
solution. Do not use abrasive cleaning agents.

Dismantling of the Palltronic Flowstar instrument from the base unit

For the dismantling of the Palltronic Flowstar instrument from the Palltronic AquaWIT base unit the
system should be disconnect from the power supply. Then the lid should be opened by unlocking the two
locker beside the Palltronic Flowstar instrument.
