Using Your Stand Mixer

1. Place your Stand on a flat, dry, level surface such as a table or counter
top.
2. Place your included Stainless Steel Bowl onto the Turntable of your
Stand.
CAUTION: Only use the included Stainless Steel Bowl on the Stand as it
is specially designed to fit on the Turntable.
3. Place your ingredients into your Stainless Steel Bowl.
4. Ensure your Hand Mixer is unplugged and the Speed Selector Switch is
set to "OFF" position.
5. Insert a set of Beaters or a set of Dough Hooks. The gear on the Beater
and the Dough Hook allows the Stainless Steel Bowl to rotate while
mixing. The Beater or Dough Hook with gear must always be inserted
into the right side Mixer hole with the gear icon (
6. Push the Beaters or Dough Hooks into their proper holes until they have
clicked into place.
7. Attach the Hand Mixer to the Stand. Line up the 2 squares on the bottom
of the Hand Mixer body with the 2 clips on the Stand. Push down on the
Hand Mixer by the handle until hearing the clips click into place. Press
the Mixer Tilt Button ( ) and lower the Hand Mixer into the down
position.
8. Plug Hand Mixer into a 120 Volt 60Hz AC only outlet. Your Stand Mixer
is now ready to use.
9. Start mixing on the lowest speed setting and gradually work up to a
faster speed to prevent splashing.
10. Turn Speed Selector Switch to "OFF" position before attempting
to scrape the sides or bottom of the Stainless Steel Bowl or adding
ingredients. Press the Mixer Tilt Button (
allow more room for adding ingredients to the Stainless Steel Bowl.
